14 Days

Day 1: Trivandrum

On arrival at Trivandrum you will be met by our representative and transferred to hotel in Trivandrum. Later visit Padmanabhaswamy temple, Napier Museum, Zoological Garden, Veli Tourist Village, Chitra Art Gallery and Horse Palace.

Day 2: Kanyakumari

Full day excursion to Kanyakumari, the southern most tip of peninsular India where the three oceans unite together. Enroute visit Padmanabhapuram Palace and Suchindram temple known for Hanuman Statue and musical Pillars. At Kanyakumari visit Vivekananda Rock memorial and Temple. Evening witness the Sunset and moon rise if possible. Overnight at Trivandrum.

Day 3: Varkala

Drive to the pristine Varkala beach famous for Hindu Pilgrim centre. A dip in the holy waters of Varkala beach is believed to purge the body and the soul of all the sins hence the name 'Papanashini' for this shore. The 2000 year old Janardana Swamy Temple and the Nature Centre are the two main attractions of Varkala Beach. It has a breathtaking scenery of the High cliffs rising over the beach and spurting mineral springs water springs.

Day 4: Mararikulam

Morning drive to Quilon to enjoy a backwater cruise to Allepey. Mararikulam - is one of the picturesque fishing villages that dot the lovely coast line of Kerala. This private, shallow beach is fringed with unending lines of coconut palms. Rest of the day at leisure for own activities, Ayurveda massage and enjoy the facilities of the Resort. You will stay in a backwater resort at Allepey, the gateway of Kerala backwaters.

Day 5: Kochi

Visit the Dutch Palace - the oldest Synagogue of the British commonwealth, The Jewish Synagogue - the oldest in India with features like great scrolls of the old testament, Hebrew inscriptions on stone slabs, gold and silver crowns, blue willow patterned floor tiles in which each tile is unique, St. Francis Church - India's oldest European church, Bolghatty Palace, Hill Palace Museum and Bird Sanctuary. Spend around Kochi city shopping for handicrafts, antiques and other traditional goods. Witness the Kathakali Dance Show in the evening.

Day 6: Calicut

Drive to Calicut. Visit Kappad beach, Beypore - a place where construction of country boats are made of wood and Pazhassiraja Museum and Art Gallery.

Day 7: Wayanad

One of the most beautiful hilly regions of Kerala and is the home of several sects of tribals, who have built some shrine s for the village deities. Visit Edakkal Caves - caves contain several paintings and pictorial writings of the New Stone Age Civilization, Muthunga wildlife sanctuary - Herds of elephants, bear, deer, wild pig etc can be seen here, Glass temple - famous Jain family temple park.

Day 8: Wayanad

Day excursion to kuruvadeep, and Pookoot Lake.

Day 9: Mysore

Drive to Mysore. Visit the palace of the Maharaja built in 1911-12. The palace is of harmonious syntheses of the Hindu and saracenic styles of architecture with archways, domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures which are magnificent. Visit the Art Gallery; drive upto Chamundi hill to see Chamundeshwari Temple & a panoramic view of Mysore. On the way back, see the Nandi Bull. Afternoon free. Overnight Mysore.

Day 10: Mysore

Day excursion to Somnathpur and Srirangapatna. SOMNATHPUR - Dedicated to the Lord Siva, the exquisitely carved, star-shaped temple with triple towers is a perfect example of Hoyasala architecture. Beautifully sculptured images of gods, goddesses, and scenes from the epics, as well as the remarkably ornate ceilings in the pillared hall will take your breath away. SRIRANGAPATNA - The Little Island Fortress Of Tipu Sultan, Who Was Once Known As The "Tiger Of Mysore". Visit the Summer Palace, The Daria Daulat, and the Beautiful Wall Paintings.

Day 11: Coorg

Drive to Coorg, nestling in the thickly wooded grandeur of Western Ghats at 800 metres above sea level. The beautiful district of Coorg, untouched by urban development, offers crisp air, thick tropical forest, exotic spice and coffee plantations, orange groves, extensive paddy fields and diverse flora and bird life. Overnight Stay at the Resort

Day 12: Hassan

Drive to Hassan, known for its Hoyasala architecture. There are more than 150 temples, each bearing a masterpiece of sculpture, mainly based on Chalukyan style, but enriched with decorative creation. They are built on a star shaped pedestal and one centered around a pillared hall. The walls and niches are filled with genius and delicate work. The Chenna Kesava temple of Belur built 900 years ago is an exquisite example of Hoysala art showing variety of ornamental details and minute delicate carvings on the pillars and panels. Halebid's 12th century Hoysaleswara and Kedareswara temples are masterpieces of Hindu art. 

Day 13: Bangalore

Drive to Bangalore enroute visit Shravanabelgola, noted for its 17 metre high image of Lord Gomateshwara, which is cut into the rock of Indragiri hill. Hewn out of a single rock and visible from a distance of 25 kms, the Lord Gomateshwara is bathed with milk and honey once every 12 years. 
Later visit Bangalore, the Garden City. Visit Bull temple, ISKCON temple, Lalbagh Botanical Gardens and the magnificent building of Vidhana Soudha.

Day 14: Departure Transfer

Transfer to Airport to board flight to onward destination.
